Ashes available at Augustana:
During the day from 8am to 9:30am, and from 11am to 2pm
At evening worship at 7:00pm
We begin the quiet and solemn season of Lent with ashes on our heads, a sign of repentance. We hear the words that God spoke to Adam and Eve as he sent them from the Garden: “Remember that you are dust, and to dust you shall return.”
