Augustana’s Youth Are Going on a Mission Trip

We are going to Dubuque, Iowa, June 28-30

We’ll be working with the guy pictured on this package, Daniel Toops

Daniel is a young adult with autism

Together with the help of people who support him in living and working, he makes JT Firestarters, which are sold all over eastern Iowa

We’ll meet Daniel and his family, help out with his business and bring back firestarters to sell here in Hyde Park

We’ll work with him and we’ll reflect on what we’ve seen and done

We’ll do some fun things together, like ride the funicular
