The Three Days (Triduum in Latin) are the three days of Holy Week which focus intensely on Christ’s passage from death to life, Maundy Thursday, Good Friday and Easter Vigil. Although they are observed over three days, they are one liturgy which culminates with the first Eucharist of Easter.
We hope that you will watch and enjoy all three videos that we will be releasing over the next few days. These videos are intended to help you worship whether you celebrate all three days with us at Augustana every year, only one or two of the days, none of them because you don’t like to go to church at night, or you are new to Augustana and have never even heard of the Triduum before. Whatever your experience in the past, we hope these videos will inspire you to join us for the full immersion in the Word next year when we can hopefully celebrate together.
